Wade Pettis, MBA Owner/Broker Associate, Realtor

Wade was born in Beaumont, Texas, just east of Houston, where his parents still reside. He graduated from Texas State Technical College with a Building Construction Degree. In 1997, Wade moved to Dallas where he was a home builder then was promoted to New Home Sales Manager with Centex Homes. In 1998, he relocated to Fort Collins, where he joined Coldwell Banker selling both new homes & resale properties. He lived in Boulder County until 2005, then moved back to Beaumont where he obtained a Master’s Degree from Lamar University in Business Administration. In 2011, Wade moved to Dallas where he worked as Senior Care Asset Property Manager for Capital Senior Living. After marrying Jackie, they decided to begin searching for opportunities in Colorado as they have a deep love for the mountains. Since Wade enjoyed the Real Estate business, they both decided the purchase of Wapiti Ranch Realty & Auction, LLC. Wade is particularly excited about the Dark Skies of the Wet Mountain Valley and ability to view the Milky Way. Like Jackie, Wade enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, biking and playing golf. They both are on the Custer County Tourism Board. They are looking forward to building long term relationships in and around Custer County and assisting the local community.
